2. Who is Olloport for?
Olloport is for real estate agencies, private homeowners, and rental and sales listing platforms, as well as business owners who want to show off their space. The people who view and explore the experiences — the viewers — aren't our direct customers; they're who our clients are trying to reach.
3. Can you make a splat from a video I took?
Yes — if you've got a space you'd like to record yourself and send over for reconstruction, we're happy to take a look and give you a quote. And as always, if you're not happy with the result, there's no pressure to buy it.
4. How much does it cost?
We price on a pay-per-space basis, and once you've purchased a space, it's yours to keep. Capturing several? We're happy to negotiate on volume. For now, all pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll put together a quote.
5. Can I embed the experience on my site or share a link?
Yes.
6. Can I add labels to a space?
Very soon! We are working to support labelling items and features in a scene for clients.
7. Can I integrate with my existing site or listing platform?
We're working toward compatibility with all platforms. Tell us where you'd like to host, and we'll let you know the status for that platform. And if it's your own site, you can host it there directly.
8. Where is my data stored, and who owns the captures?
All data is stored on secure Cloudflare servers in the EU. Captures are owned by Olloport until the point of purchase, at which point ownership transfers to the customer. A takedown can be requested at any time — even before purchase.
